CONDITIONS

Items must be in perfect condition in their original packaging, with their label, without dirt or deterioration.
Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds will be made on merchandise, excluding initial shipping charges. Please note that sale items are not returnable but can be exchanged or credited.

Once we receive your return, our small team does its best to process it as quickly as possible.
We open your packages one by one and it may take a little time.
You will receive an email notifying you of the good reception of your package and confirming the refund or the issuance of a credit.
From this confirmation message, the refund will be effective within 3 to 5 working days and the credit note will be available directly after receiving the message.
